Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:

 

The Board of Trustees, employees of the Red Bluff Union Elementary School District, and I welcome you to the 2023-2024 school year.

 

By law we are required to provide this information, but more importantly, we want you to be aware of our joint responsibility in providing a safe and effective educational experience for your child. We promise to work hard to provide the education our child needs, but we also need your help. Sending your child to school every day, providing time and space in the home for schoolwork, and showing an interest in your child’s school progress are all important ways in which parents can help.

 

Please take a few minutes to review this booklet so that you understand your rights and responsibilities. We ask that you please sign and return the acknowledgement in this booklet.

La ley nos requiere que le proveamos ésta información, pero aún más importante, queremos que este enterado de nuestra responsabilidad mutua en proveer una experiencia educativa segura y efectiva para su estudiante. Prometemos trabajar con empeño para proveerle a su estudiante la educación que necesita, pero también necesitamos su ayuda. Enviando a su estudiante a la escuela todos los días, proveyendo tiempo y espacio en el hogar para tareas, y mostrando un interés en el progreso escolar de su estudiante es una manera importante en la cual los padres pueden ayudar.
