Audio FAQ

NO SOUND IN SPEAKERS / HEADPHONES

  1. Find a known-good set of headphones or speakers (this eliminates that element).

  2. Make sure the speaker/headphones are plugged into the speaker jack, not the microphone jack (speaker jack is often light green, but not always)

  3. Check ALL volume controls
--the Windows volume control in the bottom right of screen
--the application volume control on it's 'screen'.
--the physical dial on the speakers or headphone cord\

  4. Make sure none of the software controls is muted.

  5. Try to plug the speaker/headphone into the back instead of the front or vice versa.

  6. Contact your Site Tech. If they can't repair they will contact the Tech Dept.
