Document Cameras (DocCam)
The issue may be related to "Resolution" settings within the program for the doc cam.
If you are using:
Ipevo Ziggy - The resoluion setting is at the top center of the "Presenter" program window. From the drop down choose "640x360".
Epson - The resolution setting is at the top right corner of the "ArcSoft" program window. From the drop down choose "640x360".
Doing this should get it running without much delay (if any) on screen.
