RBUESD Volunteer Information

Volunteers play an important role in supporting our students, staff, and school communities. We welcome parents, guardians, and community members who want to make a positive impact in our classrooms and programs. Becoming an approved volunteer ensures the safety of our students and helps us stay organized as we bring extra hands and hearts into our schools.

To become a volunteer, individuals complete a short approval process that may include:

  • Obtaining a signed volunteer form from the school site

  • Submitting the form to the District Office (HR Department)

  • Fingerprinting/background checks, if required

  • Providing TB clearance

  • Receiving an RBUESD volunteer badge once all steps are complete

These steps help us ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved. For full details on each requirement and how to get started, please review the district’s volunteer information flyer or contact the Human Resources Department with any questions.

We appreciate your willingness to serve and look forward to welcoming you as a volunteer in our schools!
