Volunteers play an important role in supporting our students, staff, and school communities. We welcome parents, guardians, and community members who want to make a positive impact in our classrooms and programs.

To help ensure student safety, volunteers must complete the District's approval process before volunteering.

Requirements may include:

• Obtaining a signed Volunteer Form from the school site

• Submitting the completed form to the District Office (Human Resources Department)

• Completing fingerprinting/background clearance, if required

• Providing current TB clearance

• Completing Mandated Reporter Training, as required by California law

• Receiving an RBUESD Volunteer Badge once all applicable requirements have been completed

Requirements may vary depending on the type and frequency of volunteer service.
