Red Bluff Union Elementary School District partners with Envoy Plan Services to offer 403(b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plans to eligible employees in order to help save for retirement. 

 

Employees may make voluntary elective deferrals to 403(b) Plan. Participants are fully vested in their voluntary contributions and earnings at all times. The IRS imposes a limit on the amount participants may contribute each year.
