Public Comment:
Public comment is in real-time.  Any person desiring to address the Board of Trustees concerning a topic on the agenda should complete the "Agenda Item Speaker" card and give it to the Superintendent before the meeting. For those who wish to speak virtually, click on the 'Raise Hand' icon, via Zoom. 
The Board President also may limit or prohibit multiple presentations by the same individuals(s) on the same topic. Please understand that by law (Government Code 54954.2) and Board Bylaw #9323, the School Board shall take no action or discussion on any item not appearing on the agenda, except as authorized by law (Education Code 351445.5) and these matters of concern will be referred to the District Superintendent's office.
 
Notice: Any person with a disability may request this agenda be made available in an appropriate alternative format. Notice is hereby given that the Red Bluff Union Elementary School District Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at its Regular Board Meeting at
the Metteer Elementary School, 695 Kimball Rd, Red Bluff, CA, in the Library on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 5:30 p.m.for the following purpose:
 
1.Pursuant to Government Code Section 3547.5 PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF PROPOSED COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT AB 1200, Statutes 1991, Chapter 1213 for public comment on:
 
“Provisions of the Tentative Agreement with the Red Bluff Elementary Educators Association”
 
The Public Disclosure document will be available for public review in the Red Bluff Union Elementary School District Office after 4 pm on Friday, May 9, 2025

Copies of the document will be available to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. beginning on Friday, May 9, 2025, at the District Office.
