It varies. Enrolling new students is a multi-step process that involves more than one employee. If a new student has been in class for two days and still doesn't have Google Account for the Chromebooks, the teacher may contact our Registrar (Karla) at the District Office.
WHAT IS A GIVEN STUDENT'S EMAIL?
Practically all of the student email addresses and passwords follow the same schema (pattern). Teachers may contact the Tech Department to be reminded of the schema. When students have hyphenated last names or multiple last names, it is the of the last names that is used. For less than 0.25% of our students, similarities caused duplication conflicts and non-schema addresses had to be created.
